Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty

Signature Appliance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this limited warranty (the “Warranty”) on parts installed by Signature Appliance in connection with our professional installation services for appliances, including but not limited to garbage disposals, dishwashers, and similar products (“Installed Parts”).

 

Signature Care Club Requirement

The Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty applies exclusively to active members of the Signature Care Club whose membership is current and in good standing at the time of the warranty claim.

  • Customers who are active Signature Care Club members are eligible for a Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty, subject to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • Customers who are not members of the Signature Care Club receive a one (1) year parts warranty from the date of installation.

If Signature Care Club membership lapses, is canceled, or is otherwise inactive, warranty coverage automatically reverts to the standard one-year parts warranty, and lifetime coverage will no longer apply.

Subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein, we warrant to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the Installed Parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship attributable to our installation for the applicable warranty period, provided the product remains in the original installation location and is owned by the original purchaser.

This Warranty applies only to the parts installed by Signature Appliance and covers replacement of defective Installed Parts at no charge for the part itself.
Labor, diagnostics, shipping, service calls, or any additional costs are not covered unless separately agreed to in writing.

This is a limited warranty and is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Signature Appliance with respect to the Installed Parts. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Exclusions and Limitations – What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This Warranty does not apply and provides no coverage in the event of any of the following:

  • Outside kitchens, outdoor installations, or built-in outdoor units, including appliances exposed to weather, moisture, temperature fluctuations, or environmental conditions.
  • Ice makers, whether standalone, built-in, integrated, or aftermarket.
  • Damage, failure, or defects caused by acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, tornado, hurricane, or other natural disasters.
  • Infestation or damage by insects, pests, rodents, roaches, or other animals.
  • Customer tampering, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper use, improper maintenance, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or unauthorized modification or repair by anyone other than Signature Appliance or its authorized representatives.
  • Damage resulting from terrorism, vandalism, theft, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, or intentional acts.
  • Situations where the appliance or Installed Part is deemed not economically worthwhile or cost-effective to repair in our reasonable discretion, including obsolete parts or parts no longer reasonably available.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, rust, corrosion, or environmental deterioration.
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, inadequate electrical or plumbing supply, power surges, water quality issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of use, lost profits, property damage, or personal injury.

Additional Terms

  • This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.

  • To submit a claim, the Customer must:

    • Provide proof of installation by Signature Appliance

    • Maintain active Signature Care Club membership for lifetime coverage

    • Notify Signature Appliance in writing within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect and no later than 30 days thereafter

    • Allow inspection of the Installed Parts
  • Signature Appliance reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) any defective Installed Part. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.

  • This Warranty is void if the product is moved, reinstalled by anyone other than Signature Appliance without written approval, or if serial numbers or labels are altered or removed.

  • This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.

     

Important Notice

This Warranty does not cover the appliance or unit itself, which remains subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturer defects, recalls, or failures unrelated to Signature Appliance’s installation are not covered.

Signature Appliance makes no other warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.

By accepting installation services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
